• *Role Description**

This is a full\-time, on\-site Graphic Web Designer role based in the Pune Division. The Graphic Web Designer will create and refine visual assets for the company’s website, digital campaigns, and online product presentations, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Daily responsibilities include designing web page layouts, banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials, as well as optimizing images for performance and accessibility. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate business goals into engaging visual communication. The designer will also maintain design libraries, follow brand guidelines, and contribute creative ideas to enhance user experience and brand recognition.

• *Qualifications**

• Proficiency in visual design for digital platforms, including Graphics and Graphic Design skills.
• Experience in creating and refining brand assets, such as Logo Design and Branding elements.
• Strong understanding of Typography and its application in web and marketing materials.
• Hands\-on experience with industry\-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
• Knowledge of web design fundamentals, including layout, responsive design, and basic UX/UI principles.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant digital and web design work; automotive or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams on\-site.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
