Graphics Designer

Looking for a **creative, detail\-oriented Graphic Designer** with sound design fundamentals, strong Canva and other apps proficiency and the ability to use modern AI tools effectively.

The role involves diverse digital and print assignments, requiring original thinking, technical skills and the ability to work independently.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, thumbnails, banners and digital campaign creatives.
• Create posters, infographics, illustrations, brochures, presentations, certificates, invitations, standees, flex banners and other print materials.
• Use Canva Pro and other design applications confidently, with a strong understanding of typography, color, composition, alignment and visual hierarchy.
• Use AI tools for creative ideation, image generation, illustrations, visual refinement and other design requirements, including writing effective prompts.
• Review content for visual errors, factual inaccuracies, originality and contextual appropriateness.
• Manage multiple assignments independently, incorporate feedback, check all creatives for spelling, factual and visual errors before submission. and deliver work within deadlines

• ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI / Magic Studio
• AI image generation and illustration
• AI video generation and editing
• AI prompt writing and refinement

• Note: Candidates are NOT expected to be proficient in every application listed above. Strong Canva skills and practical knowledge of relevant graphic design software are essential. Familiarity and hands on with video editing and additional creative tools will be an advantage.*

• *Essential Skills \& Qualifications**

• Strong creativity, visual judgement, design fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Good command and practical experience with graphic design applications.
• Ability to develop original concepts rather than relying entirely on ready\-made templates.
• Familiarity with AI\-assisted design workflows and the ability to learn and adapt to new creative technologies.
• Experience designing social media creatives and digital communication materials.
• Ability to work with both English and Hindi text in designs.
• Good time management, communication skills and willingness to take ownership of assignments.
• Relevant professional, freelance, internship or agency experience preferred.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.

• *Candidate with strong portfolio demonstrating practical design skills, creativity and originality will be preferred.**

• *Additional Skills That Will Be an Advantage**

• Interest in wildlife, nature, environmental conservation or educational communication.
• Basic video editing, Instagram Reels, transitions, subtitles and motion graphics.
• Digital illustration, advanced image editing and AI\-generated video.
• Experience designing brochures, reports, educational graphics and large\-format print materials.

• Video editing skills are preferred but not mandatory.*
