Graphics Designer

• *Experience Required:** Minimum 4 years

• *Qualification:** Graduate in Fine Arts / Graphic Design / Visual Communication or equivalent

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly creative and detail\-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in creating impactful designs for digital and offline media. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise in modern design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI\-powered design applications, and must be able to translate marketing and branding requirements into compelling visuals.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design creatives for digital campaigns (social media posts, ads, banners, emailers, landing pages, etc.).
• Assist seniors in developing engaging visual content for offline campaigns including Newspaper Ads, brochures, flyers, hoardings, and in\-store branding.
• Work with Marketing teams to deliver brand\-consistent creatives across all channels.
• Ideate and assist in designing product packaging, catalogues, and other promotional materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and creative strategies.
• Create motion graphics, GIFs, and short animated videos for digital campaigns (preferred).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of designs.
• Maintain a repository of brand assets, design templates, and creative archives.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• *Key Skills \& Competencies**

• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility in digital and print designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience with Canva and other rapid design platforms.
• Familiarity with AI\-driven design tools like MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar (preferred).
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and branding sense.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem\-solving skills.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
