Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual content that aligns with the organization's branding and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and advertisements.
• Create engaging social media creatives, promotional campaigns, and digital content.
• Develop branding materials, including logos, presentations, and corporate identity assets.
• Design educational and training\-related materials for courses and workshops.
• Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to understand project requirements.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and graphics for various platforms.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent creativity and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in educational institutions, training centers, or digital marketing environments.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and social media content creation.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design concepts is a plus.
