Graphics Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through high\-quality visual content. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to design digital and print assets that engage our audience and clearly communicate our brand message.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Conceptualize \& Create:** Develop high\-quality visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for corporate logos, marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
• **Brand Consistency:** Maintain and build upon our established brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all marketing channels.
• **Collaborate:** Work closely with the marketing and copywriting teams to transform creative briefs into impactful visual designs.
• **Print \& Digital Assets:** Design a wide variety of assets including social media graphics, email templates, infographics, brochures, presentation decks, and event collateral.
• **Review \& Refine:** Amend and update designs based on stakeholder feedback to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with project objectives.
• **Stay Current:** Keep up\-to\-date with the latest design trends, software, and industry best practices.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** 2\+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer (agency or in\-house experience preferred).
• **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of digital and print design work.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in industry\-standard design software, specifically **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and **Figma** or Canva.
• **Core Skills:** Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
