Hyperion Digital is looking for a talented and creative **Graphic Designer** with a minimum of **2 years of experience** to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual design skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience creating engaging content for digital and print platforms.
This role is focused on **political communication and campaign management**, making it an excellent opportunity for designers who understand the dynamics of political branding, public outreach, and voter engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and print materials.
- Create campaign posters, banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, and campaign strategists to develop impactful visual communication.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all creative outputs.
- Deliver high\-quality designs within tight deadlines and fast\-paced campaign environments.
Requirements
- Minimum **2\+ years of professional experience** in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and related design tools**.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.
- Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Mandatory Qualifications
- **Punjabi language proficiency (reading, writing, and understanding) is mandatory.**
- Strong understanding of Punjab's cultural and political landscape.
- Ability to create content and creatives tailored to Punjabi\-speaking audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working on **political campaigns, election campaigns, public affairs projects, advocacy initiatives, or political communication**.
- Understanding of political messaging, campaign branding, and public engagement strategies.
