• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will translate visual concepts into high\-impact digital and print assets that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to design promotional materials, social media creatives, web assets, and brand collateral.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Design Creation:** Develop visual assets for digital and print formats, including social media posts, website banners, ad creatives, brochures, email templates, and event signage.
• **Brand Consistency:** Enforce and maintain visual brand identity, ensuring layout, color palette, typography, and tone remain consistent across all platforms.
• **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with copywriters, marketing teams, and content creators to turn project briefs into effective visual campaigns.
• **Editing \& Revisions:** Receive constructive feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to refine visual concepts.
• **Asset \& File Management:** Prepare final production files for print and digital publishing, ensuring correct dimensions, resolutions, and file formats.
• **Industry Awareness:** Stay current on modern design trends, emerging visual tools, and best practices in visual communication.

• *Required Qualifications \& Experience**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
• **Experience:** Upto 1 year of professional graphic design experience (agency or in\-house).
• **Portfolio:** A portfolio demonstrating strong capabilities in typography, layout, color theory, and digital asset creation.

• *Technical Skills**

• Expert proficiency in **Adobe Creative Cloud** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Hands\-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools like **Figma** or **Canva**.
• Basic understanding of photo retouching, color correction, and image manipulation.
• *(Optional/Bonus)* Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects), basic video editing (Premiere Pro), or UI/UX principles.

• *Soft Skills**

• Strong creative problem\-solving skills and eye for aesthetic detail.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills to present and justify design concepts.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
