Graphics & Motion Graphics Designer

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a **creative and detail\-oriented Graphic \& Motion Graphic Designer** to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of **graphic design, visual storytelling, branding, and motion graphics**, with the ability to create engaging content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with the **creative, content, and marketing teams** to develop visually strong designs and motion\-based content for brands, social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create visually engaging designs for **social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, websites, and branding materials**.
• Design **Instagram posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, banners, creatives, and campaign assets**.
• Create **motion graphics, animated posts, reels, promotional videos, logo animations, and other short\-form motion content**.
• Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into strong visual designs.
• Work on **brand identity, layouts, typography, colour combinations, and visual consistency** across different platforms.
• Create graphics and motion assets for **product launches, campaigns, events, corporate communication, and brand storytelling**.
• Collaborate with the **content and marketing teams** to understand campaign objectives and deliver relevant creative assets.
• Edit and animate existing graphics, images, illustrations, and video elements to create engaging motion content.
• Use tools such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma**, or similar software.
• Stay updated with **latest design, motion graphics, social media, and digital content trends**.
• Ensure all designs are delivered in the correct **formats, dimensions, and resolutions** for different platforms.
• Explore and use **AI design and creative tools** to improve the speed and quality of creative output.

• *Requirements**

• **2–3 years of experience** in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Strong proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro**.
• Good understanding of **motion graphics, typography, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy**.
• Experience creating content specifically for **Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms**.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of **video editing and animation**.
• Experience with **AI\-based design and image\-generation tools** will be an added advantage.
• A strong **portfolio showcasing both graphic design and motion graphics work** is required.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
