• Manufacturing: Britannia Labels India, Sainmarks Industries and Britannia RFID Technologies (manufacturing unit) – woven, printed and care labels, tags, and RFID labels.
• Solutions: Britannia RFID Technologies – RFID tracking, inspection and integration solutions for factories and retailers.
• Brand \& Packaging: Britannia Garment Packaging – hangtags, boxes, packaging and brand programmes.

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a Group Head – HR \& Talent Acquisition to lead our HR department across all units. You will own hiring end to end, from bulk shop\-floor recruitment to specialist RFID, technology and sales roles, and build a compliant, UK\-standard people function.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and develop the group HR team across all units
• Own manpower planning and end\-to\-end recruitment for all three business units
• Run bulk hiring for operators, technicians and supervisors through walk\-ins, agencies, ITIs and apprenticeships
• Hire RFID/IoT engineers, developers, solution sales, designers and account managers
• Own HR policies, Standing Orders and the employee handbook
• Oversee payroll, PF/ESI and all statutory compliance
• Lead the HR side of buyer and social audits (SMETA/Sedex, WRAP, BSCI)
• Run performance appraisals, training and succession planning
• Handle employee relations, grievances, discipline and the POSH committee
• Drive retention and welfare for shop\-floor and migrant workers
• Present monthly HR reports to Directors and UK partners
• Build the Britannia employer brand through campus, LinkedIn and referrals

• *Requirements**

• MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR
• 10–15 years in HR, including 5\+ years in talent acquisition
• 3\+ years leading an HR team in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF/ESI, payroll and social compliance audits
• Experience hiring both shop\-floor and technology or sales roles
• Background in labels, garments, textiles, packaging or electronics manufacturing preferred
• Experience with an MNC, JV or export company is a strong plus
• Fluent Tamil and English; Hindi preferred
• Willing to travel regularly to Tiruppur units
