We are not looking for a traditional social media manager who only knows how to post aesthetic grids, curate mood boards, or write generic captions.
We need a Growth Content Generalist—a marketing team of one. You will own the entire lifecycle of our content pipeline, from extracting raw video clips from our editing floor and writing high\-hook B2B copy to executing direct outbound strategies that put our product in front of the targeted audience daily. You will report directly to the Founder.
- *What You Will Do Day\-to\-Day**
- **Short\-Form Video Production**: Take raw screen recordings from our internal editing team and turn them into viral, high\-pacing TikToks, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn videos. You will handle your own scripting, basic video editing (CapCut/Premiere), and pacing.
- **B2B Copywriting \& Ghostwriting**: Synthesize industry insights from the Founder into high\-converting, authority\-building LinkedIn posts and sharp cold outreach email sequences.
- **The "Visual Gift" Outbound Engine:** Actively hunt for prospects, coordinate with our tech team to generate a free preview for them, and drop highly personalized direct pitches to the decision makers via Instagram and LinkedIn.
- **Community Infiltration:** Engage organically inside targeted communities, WhatsApp channels, and Twitter threads to position us.

- **The Creator Hybrid**: You possess a rare mix of high\-end visual taste (you understand composition, clean typography, and pacing) and analytical hustle (you care about metrics, conversions, and revenue, not just vanity likes).
- **Flawless English Copywriting**: You can write copy that busy founders and other prospects actually read. You know how to strip away corporate jargon and lead with value. (If your writing looks like it was generated by ChatGPT fluff, please do not apply).
- **Technical Agility**: You are proficient with modern creative tools (CapCut, Photoshop basics, Figma, or Premiere) and are excited to work alongside cutting\-edge AI tools.
- **High Agency**: You don't wait for a playbook to be handed to you. You spot visual opportunities, scrape lead lists, test new hooks, and figure out how to get things done independently.

- **Phase 1: Initial Profile \& Portfolio Screening** \- Our team reviews your resume, your past social media content hooks, and any active short\-form video links you share. We filter out fluff and look for clear evidence of high\-impact visual pacing and sharp copywriting.
- **Phase 2: The 15\-Minute Execution Challenge**. \- Shortlisted candidates receive a test details. You will have 24 hours to return a rough 150\-word cold founder pitch script and a quick text\-based outline of how you would structure a 30\-second transformation reel for it. This is time\-boxed 24\-hour window
- **Phase 3: The Founder Direct Round** \- A swift, direct conversation with the founder via Zoom or at our Bangalore workspace. This is a strategic alignment and vibe check to map out your monthly retainer incentive goals, verify execution compatibility, and finalize the offer terms.
