profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth rather than simply

executing marketing campaigns.

Retention \& CRM

Social Media \& Community Growth

Website \& Conversion Optimisation

Analytics \& Business Reporting

Own end\-to\-end digital growth.

Manage internal teams and external agencies.

Work closely with product, operations, finance, customer support, and creative teams.

Plan and execute new product launches.

Drive growth through experimentation and data\-driven decision\-making.

Improve profitability—not just top\-line sales.
