Growth Marketer \- Demand, Signal \& Scale
RippleHire is building the ATS where humans and agents work together. Last year, RippleHire processed 86 million\+ candidates across 50\+ countries, counting as clients from 2000 employee orgs to 200,000\+ employee orgs. We're profitable, and have built a leadership position in IT Services, BFSI, and Professional Services \- and we need a growth master who spots trends and people, and able to build massive inorganic pipeline
The Role
You will own the top of the funnel \- generating qualified pipeline from target accounts, running experiments, and building AI\-powered systems that turn intent signals into sales conversations. Part strategist, part operator, part builder.
What you will do
- Demand generation: Multi\-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, own MQL\-to\-SQL conversion in partnership with the outbound team.
- Paid media: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting; own spend, CPL, and pipeline attribution. Know when to scale and when to stop.
- Intent \& signal \[AI]: Surface in\-market accounts using enrichment and intent tooling; feed signals into the CRM and outbound sequences.
- Growth \& buzz \[AI]: High\-velocity experiments across channels; engineer shareability and category awareness into campaigns. Run experiments with new, emerging social channels and discussion boards
- Workflow automation \[AI]: Connect tools into workflows that reduce manual effort and amplify output. Think in systems.
- Measurement: Own dashboards; deliver clear read\-outs on what worked, what did not, and what is next.
Who you are
- Experience: 3\-6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years owning demand gen or growth. HR tech background is a plus. Have run LinkedIn or Google Ads independently, made budget calls, and have a pipeline to show for it.
- AI\-native experimenter: You run structured tests and document failures as carefully as wins. AI is part of your daily workflow. You are curious about pushing it further.
- Systems thinker: You see how a campaign connects to the CRM, outbound, and the AE pipeline. You build with that in mind.
- Crisp communicator: Able to break down and simplify complex tasks. Able to communicate well in spoken and written form across levels and across functions.
