- *Role Overview**
We are seeking an energetic and hands\-on Growth Marketing Executive to execute day\-to\-day marketing campaigns and lead generation activities for Volmint’s B2B education products (UMS, LMS, and Argus AI Proctoring). Working under the guidance of the Growth Marketing Manager, you will run campaigns across digital channels, support outreach programmes, create content, and track performance data — an excellent role for someone looking to build a strong foundation in B2B growth marketing.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, and social media as per the growth plan.
- Carry out SEO tasks: keyword research, on\-page optimisation, blog/content updates, backlink outreach, and rank tracking.
- Run and monitor cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences targeting universities, colleges, and institutional decision\-makers.
- Create and schedule marketing content — social media posts, email copies, blog drafts, creatives briefs, and basic graphics (Canva).
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM; ensure timely follow\-up tagging and accurate lead status.
- Track daily/weekly campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, leads, cost per lead) and prepare performance reports.
- Support webinars, education expos, and offline institutional marketing events with promotion and coordination.
- Conduct competitor and market research on edtech and university software providers.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and the sales team for landing pages, collateral, and campaign assets.
- Assist the Growth Marketing Manager in A/B tests and new channel experiments.
- *Required Skills \& Competencies**
- Working knowledge of at least two of: Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email marketing, or social media marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Canva, and any CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Good written English for emails, social posts, and short\-form content; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
- Basic data skills — comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets to track and report campaign numbers.
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with consistency.
- Understanding of B2B or education\-sector marketing is a plus.
- *Qualifications \& Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of hands\-on experience in digital/growth marketing execution.
- A portfolio of campaigns, content, or measurable results you have contributed to is preferred.
- Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, SEO, or digital marketing (Google/HubSpot) are an advantage.
- *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Number of campaigns executed on time and as per brief.
- Leads generated and data accuracy in the CRM.
- Content output (posts, emails, blogs) and engagement metrics.
- SEO task completion and keyword movement.
- Quality and timeliness of weekly performance reports.
