• *About Role\-Growth Marketing Lead:**

Have you personally built new demand channels beyond search engine optimization, bringing in qualified international business leads — and can you guide the existing search team without search being their only strength?

• *WHAT WE NEED TO SEE\-**

• Demand generated in overseas markets, ideally for software or technology services.
• Channels they built themselves beyond search and content — account based marketing, paid advertising, email nurture, webinars and events, partnerships, or vendor directories such as Clutch, GoodFirms and G2\.
• Qualified leads and pipeline they created, with numbers. Not traffic growth, not follower counts.
• A marketing function or channel built from zero, not one that already existed.
• Enough search knowledge to direct our existing team, with their real strength lying wider than that.

• *What we are not looking**\-

• search or content specialist presented as a growth person.
• Anybody whose results are traffic, views and followers rather than leads and pipeline.
• A brand marketer who ran large campaigns on large budgets and has never done scrappy lead generation.
• Somebody who only briefed agencies and never built or ran a channel with their own hands. Consumer marketing people with no business\-to\-business experience.
• Anybody with no international or global market work.
