Job Summary

We are looking for a **Growth Marketing Manager** with strong experience in **B2B SaaS demand generation** and **international Go\-to\-Market (GTM) campaigns**. The ideal candidate has worked in the **Rewards, Loyalty, Incentives, Employee Engagement, or Sales Performance Management (SPM)** domain and has successfully generated qualified sales pipeline across global markets.

This is an **Individual Contributor (IC)** role requiring ownership of marketing campaigns, analytics, lead generation, and collaboration with cross\-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end\-to\-end GTM planning and execution for international markets.
  • Develop and execute multi\-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Generate and manage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Track marketing performance using funnel analytics and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Revenue teams to improve pipeline performance.
  • Use modern marketing automation tools and AI\-powered workflows.
  • Optimize campaigns using data\-driven insights and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of B2B Marketing experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in **B2B SaaS** within:
  • Rewards
  • Loyalty
  • Incentives
  • Employee Recognition
  • Sales Commission Platforms
  • Experience running GTM campaigns for international markets including:
  • United States
  • Europe
  • Southeast Asia (SEA)
  • Middle East
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Demand Generation
  • MQL \& SQL Management
  • Marketing Analytics
  • Funnel Optimization
  • Experience using marketing automation and AI marketing tools.
  • Comfortable working as an Individual Contributor.
  • Able to work from the Bengaluru office on US shift timings.
  • Maximum notice period: **15 days** (Immediate joiners preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high\-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Exposure to multiple global regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas).
  • Experience with tools such as:
