  • *Job Title:** Growth Marketing Manager (B2B)
  • *Location:** Thane, Mumbai / Hybrid
  • *Employment Type:** Full\-time
  • *Compensation:** Up to ₹50,000 per month
  • *Work Days:** Monday to Saturday
  • *Role Overview**

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and scaling the organization’s demand generation and brand positioning engine. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands\-on execution to drive inbound leads, strengthen brand credibility, and establish the company as a category leader in agri\-trade and fintech.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • *Content \& Brand Building**

Own the company’s voice across platforms, especially LinkedIn, by creating consistent, high\-quality, data\-driven content to build trust, authority, and engagement.

  • *Demand Generation**

Build and manage inbound marketing funnels for trade and service offerings, including landing pages, lead magnets, and nurturing campaigns to generate qualified leads.

  • *Real\-Time Trade Marketing**

Promote live trade opportunities and convert them into actionable leads from buyers and sellers across domestic and international markets.

  • *PR \& Media Management**

Drive brand visibility through media placements, partnerships, and PR initiatives across trade, business, and fintech platforms.

  • *Founder Branding**

Build and manage the personal brand of the founders through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels to enhance credibility, visibility, and investor engagement.

  • *Performance Marketing \& Agency Management**

Oversee performance marketing efforts, manage agencies and freelancers, track key metrics such as CPL, CAC, and ROAS, and ensure ROI\-driven campaign execution.

  • *Key Outcomes (First 6–12 Months)**
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified inbound trade and service leads
  • Build a measurable and scalable marketing funnel
  • Strengthen market positioning and brand recall
  • Increase founder visibility and engagement among key stakeholders
  • *Requirements**
  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B marketing (fintech, agri, logistics, or trade preferred)
  • Proven experience in demand generation and lead funnel management
  • Strong content writing and storytelling skills
  • Hands\-on knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, SEO basics, and performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
  • Experience managing agencies or freelancers
  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced startup environment with high ownership
