Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Specialist (SEO) with hands\-on

experience in organic search, B2B lead generation, and AI\-driven search optimization. The

ideal candidate should have strong expertise in On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO, along

with a solid understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), content quality, and

evolving search engine trends.

This role requires someone who can develop and execute SEO strategies that improve

website rankings, drive high\-quality organic traffic, and contribute directly to business

growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO

strategies.

• Plan and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve

visibility across AI\-powered search platforms.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content for better search

performance.

• Work closely with the content team to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices

and maintains high quality.

• Drive organic traffic growth and improve keyword rankings for B2B websites.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through effective organic marketing initiatives.
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search

Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Analyze traffic trends, user behavior, and SEO performance to provide actionable

insights.

• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and emerging SEO

best practices.

• Actively participate in SEO communities, including Reddit and other industry forums,

to stay ahead of market trends.

• Build and maintain relationships within the SEO community for knowledge sharing

and networking.

• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with recommendations for

continuous improvement.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 2\+ years of hands\-on experience in SEO.
• Strong expertise in On\-Page, Off\-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Practical experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Good understanding of content quality, content optimization, and search intent.
• Experience working on B2B websites, focusing on organic traffic and lead

generation.

• Strong understanding of generic and branded traffic acquisition strategies.
• Hands\-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs,

SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.

• Active participation in Reddit or other SEO and digital marketing communities.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross\-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with IT, SaaS, or technology companies.
• Familiarity with AI\-powered search platforms and evolving search technologies.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX)

principles.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow,

etc.) is a plus.
