- *About the Role**

We are looking for a versatile GTM operator to help take **Sarvam Studio** to market across every motion it needs to win. Studio is our media platform — spanning AI dubbing, live translation, text\-to\-speech, speech\-to\-text, and audiobook \& podcast generation, powered by a shared foundation of voice cloning, stem separation and music generation. Its users range from individual creators to media houses to large enterprises, which means no single GTM motion is enough.
You'll own and experiment across the full spectrum: **product\-led growth** (self\-serve activation, conversion, expansion), **B2B partnerships and enterprise deals**, **strategic initiatives** (new segments, pricing, packaging), and a **creator marketplace** motion. This is a build\-from\-zero role — you'll run experiments, find the motions that work, and lay the foundations to scale them. You'll work closely with Product, the API GTM team, Sales, and Marketing.
This is a strong fit for someone who is energised by ambiguity, wants to own outcomes rather than tasks, and is excited about generative media and voice AI.
- *What You'll Do**

- **Build multiple GTM motions from scratch:** stand up and test PLG, partnership, enterprise, strategic, and creator\-marketplace motions — figure out which ones drive growth for which segments, then double down.
- **Own product\-led growth:** improve self\-serve onboarding, activation, and conversion; identify expansion signals in usage data; and build the loops that turn first\-time users into paying, growing accounts.
- **Drive partnerships and B2B:** identify, pitch, and close partnerships with media companies, platforms, agencies, and enterprises; structure deals that open new distribution for Studio.
- **Run strategic initiatives:** test new segments, pricing, and packaging; size opportunities; and bring a sharp, data\-backed point of view on where Studio should focus next.
- **Develop the creator marketplace motion:** design how Studio attracts, activates, and retains creators — community, incentives, and the supply/demand dynamics of a marketplace.
- **Be the voice of the customer:** relay precise product and model feedback (voice quality, dubbing and translation failures, audio artefacts) to Product and research, and close the loop with users.
- **Bring market intelligence:** track what customers and competitors are building, spot patterns across motions and segments, and feed a clear POV into GTM and Product strategy.
- *What We're Looking For**

- 2\+ years of experience in GTM, growth, partnerships, business development, strategy, or a related role — ideally with exposure to more than one GTM motion.
- A builder's instinct: you've started something from zero, run experiments, and figured things out without a playbook.
- Comfort across both ends of the spectrum — self\-serve/PLG mechanics *and* high\-touch enterprise/partnership deals.
- Strong analytical chops: you can read usage and funnel data, size opportunities, and let evidence drive decisions.
- Excellent communication — confident in a demo or a partner pitch, clear in writing, equally effective with a creator, an enterprise buyer, and an engineer.
- Comfort in technical environments — navigating API dashboards, docs, and developer tools (no coding required).
- Genuine curiosity about AI and generative media, and a willingness to learn the product deeply.

- Experience at a high\-growth B2B SaaS, AI/ML, developer\-tools, or API\-first company.
- Hands\-on experience running a PLG motion *or* building a marketplace / two\-sided platform.
- Familiarity with media, audio, or voice products — you know what good output sounds like.
- Familiarity with usage\-based pricing and consumption\-driven expansion.
- Experience closing partnerships or enterprise deals.
- You've built something with an API or media tools — a project, a side build, anything.
