The Guest Relationship Executive is responsible for managing all guest, visitor, vendor, and client interactions at the corporate office or plant location. The role ensures smooth coordination, professional hospitality, and a positive brand experience for all visitors.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
Manage entry/exit records, visitor passes, and security coordination
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Admin, Production, Sales) for visitor meetings
Handle guest inquiries and ensure timely assistance
Maintain reception area cleanliness and corporate hospitality standards
Arrange meeting rooms, refreshments, and logistics for visitors
Support senior management visits and client plant tours
Maintain visitor database and daily reporting
Ensure compliance with company safety and security protocols
*Skills Required:**
Excellent communication skills (English)
Professional grooming and polite behavior
Strong coordination and multitasking ability
Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook)
Discipline for working in a corporate/industrial environment
*Preferred Qualifications:**
Graduate in any stream
Hospitality / Hotel Management diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
