About the Role

Sirena is seeking a skilled Hardware Technician to support robotics and embedded hardware development

activities. The role involves assembly, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and prototype support in a highly

hands\-on R\&D; environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, solder, and test electronic and robotic hardware components.
• Support prototype builds, hardware setup, and lab activities.
• Troubleshoot PCB, wiring, sensor, and hardware\-level issues.
• Perform component replacement, repairs, calibration, and testing.
• Assist engineers during product development and validation cycles.
• Maintain hardware inventory, tools, and lab equipment.
• Document test observations and support production readiness activities.

Required Skills

• Hands\-on experience in soldering, wiring, crimping, and hardware assembly.
• Basic understanding of electronic circuits and components.
• Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and testing tools.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot hardware faults.
• Understanding of robotics/electronics assembly processes is preferred.
• Good practical and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field.

• Prior experience in electronics labs, embedded systems, robotics, or manufacturing setups preferred.
