The Pan Asian Head Chef (Wok Specialist) will lead culinary operations at our restaurant in Kuwait, specializing in Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Southeast Asian cuisines. With exceptional wok cooking skills, the chef will manage high-volume preparation of stir-fries, noodles, rice dishes, and signature Asian specialties. Key duties include ensuring consistent food quality, developing and executing innovative menus, controlling food costs, and providing strong kitchen leadership. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Pan Asian cuisine and the ability to maintain high standards, manage kitchen staff, and deliver outstanding dining experiences in a dynamic setting.
