Head - Finance & Accounts

1\. Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

2\. Developing and implementing financial strategies towards profitability and long\-term sustainability

3\. Providing leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

4\. Excellent decision\-making, analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy

5\.10\+ Years of demonstrable experience in a senior finance leadership role

6\. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc)

7\. Support project analysis and validating the plans

8\. Prepare the monthly/Quarterly MIS

9\. Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
