+ Prevent unstructured or reactive hiring decisions
+ Establish measurable KRAs/KPIs across functions
+ Drive performance reviews without delay or follow\-up from leadership
+ Implement structured performance improvement plans (PIP) where required
+ Ensure underperformance is addressed through documented action
+ Maintain audit\-ready employee records and documentation
+ Strengthen HRMS utilization and digital record management
+ Conduct periodic internal compliance audits
+ Oversee payroll governance and documentation accuracy
