We are hiring a seasoned Internal Audit professional for a leadership role with a leading Manufacturing \& EPC organization.

• *Position:** Head – Internal Audit
• *Designation:** DGM / GM
• *Location:** Mumbai
• *Reporting To:** Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Eligibility Criteria

• CA / ICWAI
• Minimum 15 years of post\-qualification experience
• Prior experience in Manufacturing and EPC businesses is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a risk\-based Internal Audit Plan across corporate functions, manufacturing plants, project sites, domestic operations, and subsidiaries.
• Lead internal audit assignments from planning and execution to reporting and closure.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of financial, operational, compliance, and IT controls.
• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, fraud risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct audits covering procurement, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing operations, project execution, contract management, and commercial processes.
• Review project profitability, cost controls, billing processes, claims management, and contract compliance in EPC projects.
• Assess CAPEX projects, fixed asset controls, and project governance frameworks.
• Support corporate governance initiatives and engage with senior management and Audit Committees.

• Strong expertise in Risk\-Based Internal Auditing and Internal Audit Standards
• Excellent understanding of Corporate Governance and Internal Controls
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Operations and EPC Project Environment
• Analytical mindset with strong investigative and problem\-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and audit report\-writing skills
