Job Overview

Finprov is looking for an experienced and dynamic academic leader to head its finance and accounting education programmes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting and finance, along with the ability to lead faculty teams, develop academic strategies, improve programme quality, and drive student success.

We are particularly interested in finance professionals who are passionate about academic leadership and keen to build a career in finance education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead academic strategy and curriculum development for finance and accounting courses.
• Oversee programme delivery and maintain high academic standards.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor faculty performance.
• Develop and improve course content, assessments, and teaching methodologies.
• Monitor student progress, learning outcomes, and placement readiness.
• Drive programme development and academic quality assurance.
• Analyse academic performance data and implement improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with management to achieve academic and institutional goals.

Candidate Requirements

• CA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA qualification preferred.
• 10\+ years of overall experience preferred, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and professional accounting qualifications.
• Proven leadership, communication, team management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage academic teams and drive performance.
• A genuine interest in finance education and academic leadership.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary will be determined based on professional qualifications, relevant experience, leadership capabilities, and interview performance.
