We are looking for a highly driven **Head of Business Growth** who can lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our enterprise and government business.
This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys building teams, creating scalable sales processes, and working directly with the company's leadership to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Drive B2B sales for ERP, Odoo, SaaS, AI, Software Development, and Digital Transformation services.
- Acquire new enterprise clients and manage strategic customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue government projects, GeM opportunities, and tender\-based business.
- Build and manage a high\-performing sales and business development team.
- Establish sales targets, KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Create and optimize sales processes to improve conversion and revenue.
- Build strategic alliances, partnerships, and channel networks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand positioning.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and business forums.

Qualifications

- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading successful sales teams.
- Experience in enterprise client acquisition and CXO\-level engagement.
- Experience with government tenders and GeM Portal is an added advantage.
