The Head of D\&T Service Centre – India is accountable for the leadership, performance, and governance of Haleon’s Digital \& Technology (D\&T) Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bangalore.
The role provides senior site leadership for all D\&T colleagues based in India, while also holding first‑line accountability for compliance oversight, including software development compliance across relevant D\&T services.
This leader plays a critical role in ensuring strong operational discipline, regulatory compliance, and a positive colleague experience, while enabling scalable, high‑quality delivery aligned to Haleon’s global D\&T strategy.
Embed workflow‑ and automation‑led thinking across platforms to improve efficiency and user experience.
Manage vendors and strategic partners supporting cross‑platform services, ensuring value, performance, and contractual alignment.
Provide clear executive‑level reporting on cross‑platform service health, adoption, risk, and value delivered.
Senior leadership experience within a global Digital, Technology, or IT organisation.
Proven accountability for compliance, risk, or control oversight in a first‑line role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle controls and compliance‑by‑design principles.
Experience leading large, diverse teams within a Global Capability Centre or offshore delivery model.
Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed, global organisation.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, life sciences, consumer health, or similar).
Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g. SOx, risk and control frameworks, SDLC controls).
Background in service management, engineering, or enterprise technology delivery.
Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews across global technology organisations.
Passion for building high‑performing, inclusive teams and strong colleague experiences.
Ability to translate complex cross‑platform capabilities into clear business outcomes.
