Head Of Delivery - Data, Analytics & AI Services

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Head to lead end\-to\-end delivery of Data

Engineering, Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI/ML, and Data Science programs across

enterprise clients. The role owns end\-to\-end delivery, customer success, operational

governance, commercial performance, profitability and delivery excellence while ensuring

successful execution of large\-scale technology initiatives.

The Delivery Head will oversee multiple programs and delivery teams, establish governance

frameworks, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure projects

are delivered within scope, budget, quality, and timeline commitments.

The ideal candidate possesses strong delivery management experience, excellent client\-facing communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing enterprise\-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, and Cloud programs.

Mandatory Skills* 15\+ years of overall experience with at least 8\+ years in Delivery Leadership, Program

Management, or Account Management roles* Proven experience delivering Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, AI/ML,

and Data Science programs* Strong experience managing large cross\-functional and distributed delivery teams

• Expertise in stakeholder management, customer engagement, and executive\-level

communication* Experience managing delivery governance, resource planning, risk management, and

operational excellence* Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and project governance tools
• Strong exposure to Cloud, Data Platforms, Analytics, AI, and Data Science ecosystems
• Experience managing offshore, onsite, and global delivery models
• Ability to support pre\-sales activities, solution discussions, delivery estimations, and

proposal inputs for Data \& Analytics opportunities* Banking \& Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

a) Delivery Strategy \& Program Governance* Own end\-to\-end delivery of Data, Analytics, AI, programs

• Establish delivery governance frameworks, reporting standards, and operational controls
• Lead Portfolio Governance, PMO Standards, executive dashboards, delivery health

reviews and steering committees working closely with the Project Manager.* Ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations

• Drive portfolio\-level planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple engagements
• Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation plans

b) Client \& Stakeholder Management* Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders

• Provide executive\-level status reporting, governance updates, and delivery insights
• Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust

c) Team Leadership \& Resource Management* Lead Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Architects, Data Engineers, Analysts, QA

teams, and cross\-functional delivery teams* Drive resource planning, workforce utilization, and capacity management

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the delivery organization
• Support hiring, onboarding, and capability\-building initiatives

d) Operational Excellence \& Continuous Improvement* Drive standardization, automation, and delivery process improvements

• Establish best practices for quality management, project governance, and customer

engagement* Promote Agile delivery principles and continuous improvement across teams

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and governance

requirements* Support pre\-sales activities by contributing to solution discussions, estimations, capability

presentations, and delivery planning for prospective engagements
