Head of Finance

We’re Hiring: Head of Finance \| GK \& Gurgaon

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced finance professional for a Head of Finance role with a leading Healthcare client.

Location: GK \& Gurgaon

Workstation: GK (once or twice weekly visits to Gurgaon)

Budget: Up to ₹18 LPA

Team Handling: 3 Members

Qualification: CA Qualified

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full\-cycle accounting and month\-end close operations for eye day care centers across 2 locations
• Reconcile transactions across TPA/Panel partners, patient co\-pays, vendors, and professional associates
• Review and monitor ledger entries prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare monthly MIS reports as per management requirements
• Ensure complete compliance with Indian statutory regulations including GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Manage working capital, cash flow planning, and financial controls
• Drive financial discipline, reporting accuracy, and process improvements

Ideal Candidate

• Post Articleship 3\+ years of strong experience in Accounting, Finance Operations \& Compliance
• Experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Service Industry preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Hands\-on experience in MIS, cash flow management, and statutory compliance
• Ability to work closely with management and drive business finance decisions.
