About WalkShark
WalkShark is a fast\-growing Indian footwear brand focused on delivering stylish, comfortable, and affordable footwear through D2C, online marketplaces, and retail channels. As we continue to scale across India, we are looking for an experienced Head of Growth \& E\-commerce to lead our growth strategy and accelerate business expansion.
Job Summary
The Head of Growth \& E\-commerce will lead WalkShark's end\-to\-end growth strategy across D2C, marketplaces, digital marketing, customer acquisition, retention, merchandising, and offline expansion. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, commercial ownership, and hands\-on execution.
You will work closely with leadership to drive revenue growth, optimize customer experience, improve profitability, and build scalable systems across all sales channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth
- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and growth channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
D2C \& Website Management
- Manage and optimize the Shopify website for maximum conversion.
- Improve customer experience and conversion rates.
- Plan product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work with developers to enhance website functionality.
Marketplace Management
Manage and scale sales across
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Myntra
- Ajio
- Meesho
- Tata Cliq
- Other online marketplaces

- Email marketing

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E\-commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5\-10\+ years of experience in D2C, e\-commerce, footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing end\-to\-end business growth.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and marketplace advertising.
- Hands\-on experience with Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Ajio, Meesho, and Tata Cliq.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4\), Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
- Experience scaling a startup or high\-growth consumer brand is highly preferred.
