As Head of Information Systems & IT Security at WeCredit, a regulated FinTech digital lending platform, you will lead critical governance functions. Reporting into the leadership, you will own IT compliance, information security governance, and IT audit programs. A central responsibility is managing rigorous partner bank due diligence, responding to RFIs, conducting security reviews, and fulfilling audit requirements from banking partners. You will drive the implementation of robust information security policies and systems, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory mandates and industry standards. This role requires close collaboration with banks, external auditors, and internal engineering and product teams to embed security and compliance across all technology operations.
