Head of Marketing (Luxury Real Estate)
We are seeking a visionary, high\-caliber **Head of Marketing** to lead our marketing, branding, and lead\-generation strategies for our portfolio of high\-end, luxury residential projects.
This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a seasoned professional who excels at premium product positioning, possesses a proven track record of orchestrating high\-impact project launches, and is deeply hands\-on with high\-velocity lead generation. You will be responsible for defining our brand narrative, commanding market share, and building robust, data\-driven pipelines that convert high\-net\-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra\-HNIs into buyers.
- **Overall Experience:** 15\+ years of core marketing experience.
- **Domain Expertise:** Minimum 812 years specifically within **Real Estate Branding, Marketing, and Lead Generation**.

- **Market Leadership:** Define and execute the end\-to\-end positioning strategy for premium real estate assets, ensuring the brand stands out in a crowded luxury market.
- **Consumer Insights:** Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to map out customer personas for high\-end buyers and tailor micro\-targeted messaging.
- **Agency \& Stakeholder Management:** Direct creative, PR, media buying, and digital agencies to deliver world\-class collateral, visual assets, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- *2\. End\-to\-End Project Launches**
- **Launch Strategy:** Architect and execute comprehensive "Go\-to\-Market" (GTM) strategies for new project launches, ensuring maximum market buzz and velocity.
- **Experiential Marketing:** Oversee the conceptualization of premium launch events, experience centers, and site\-visit journeys that reflect a luxury lifestyle.
- **Collateral Excellence:** Ensure flawless production of high\-end brochures, walk\-through videos, website experiences, and physical marketing assets.
- *3\. High\-Performance Lead Generation (ROI\-Driven)**
- **Performance Marketing:** Design and optimize multi\-channel digital lead generation campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising) specifically optimized for premium demographics.
- **Funnel Optimization:** Establish and monitor clear performance metrics (CPL, CAC, lead\-to\-booking ratios) to continuously improve marketing ROI.
- **HNI \& NRI Targeting:** Deploy highly targeted offline and online campaigns tailored to High\-Net\-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non\-Resident Indian (NRI) audiences.
- **Sales Enablement:** Work in tight alignment with the Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams to ensure seamless lead routing, quality scoring, and timely nurture cycles.
- *Required Qualifications \& Skillsets**
- **Experience \& Track Record:**
- 15\+ years of overall marketing experience, with a strict minimum of 8–12 years embedded in the real estate sector.
- A portfolio demonstrating successful, large\-scale launches of premium or luxury real estate developments.
- **Lead Gen Mastery:** Deep technical comfort with digital marketing ecosystems, marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared), and performance analytics.
- **Leadership Capabilities:** Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high\-performing internal marketing teams and external agency partners.
- **Communication:** Elite verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate luxury value propositions compellingly.
- **Education:** MBA in Marketing or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
