• *Core Responsibilities:**

• **Lead Design \& Methoding** for Sand Casting, Investment Casting, and High\-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC).
• **Drive Casting Simulation** (MAGMA/ProCAST) to eliminate defects and maximize casting yields.
• **Manage Ferrous \& Non\-Ferrous** lines from technical RFQ evaluation to final production.
• **Collaborate with Customers** on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) using advanced CAD (SolidWorks/Creo/NX).
