Job Description – Head of Operations, SKIPQ Oct 28, 2026 About the role SKIPQ Systems Pvt Ltd runs and digitises food courts on large corporate tech campuses: 17 food courts, 50\+ vendor brands, live in Bengaluru and Noida, with Pune and more cities next. We run on our own platform (app, POS, kiosks, KDS) and manage vendors, staff, billing, compliance and the client relationship end to end. We are hiring a Head of Operations to own day\-to\-day running of every SKIPQ food court: client relationships, vendors, campus teams, food safety and the operations tech that ties them together. You will build the systems that let SKIPQ run the same way in 10\+ cities. What you will do

Client relationships Be the day\-to\-day point of contact for client facilities and admin teams; run review meetings, MOMs and action\-item closure Handle escalations (food quality, hygiene, FSMS, service) with root\-cause analysis, corrective action plans and written replies for the Director's approval Prepare client\-facing documents: proposals, go\-live plans for new campuses, monthly/quarterly performance reports Campus and vendor operations Oversee Campus Managers and Food Court Managers across all food courts; enforcethe escalation matrix and daily review rhythm Drive vendor discipline: 100% billing through the SKIPQ system, menu and pricing updates, hygiene and food\-safety standards, penalties for non\-compliance Lead vendor onboarding and exits: shortlisting, commercial terms, agreements, documents and security deposits, go\-live Support new\-campus launches and city expansion (setup, staffing, vendor mobilisation, client sign\-offs) Operations tech and systems Own adoption of the SKIPQ platform on the ground: POS billing, app and QR ordering, kiosks, KDS and online payments at every counter the escalation matrix and daily review rhythm Drive vendor discipline: 100% billing through the SKIPQ system, menu and pricing updates, hygiene and food\-safety standards, penalties for non\-compliance Lead vendor onboarding and exits: shortlisting, commercial terms, agreements, documents and security deposits, go\-live Support new\-campus launches and city expansion (setup, staffing, vendor mobilisation, client sign\-offs) Operations tech and systems Own adoption of the SKIPQ platform on the ground: POS billing, app and QR ordering, kiosks, KDS and online payments at every counter Who we're looking for 10\+ years in F\&B operations (corporate food courts, contract catering, QSR or multioutlet restaurants), with at least 4 years running multiple sites Proven experience managing large corporate clients and many vendor partners at once Strong F\&B fundamentals: kitchen operations, menu costing and pricing, food safety (FSSAI, FSMS, HACCP), hygiene audits Hands\-on with operations tech: POS systems, online ordering and aggregator platforms, KDS, payment gateways/UPI settlements; able to read sales and reconciliation reports Comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards; exposure to Zoho, Petpooja, Posist or similar is a plus Has launched new sites or cities and written SOPs others follow Firm with vendors, calm under client escalation, clear written English; Kannada and Hindi a plus

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
