We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results\-driven Head of Operations \& Logistics to oversee and coordinate all operational activities between our headquarters and studio network. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, resource allocation, inventory management, facility operations, vendor coordination, and logistical execution across all locations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong operational leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving efficiency and consistency throughout the organization.
- Oversee day\-to\-day operational activities across headquarters and all studio locations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards across all facilities.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage the movement of equipment, materials, inventory, and supplies between headquarters and studios.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
- Maintain inventory controls and ensure adequate stock levels at all locations.
- Develop logistics plans to support studio launches, events, productions, and special projects.
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, contractors, and service vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing when required.
- Track vendor performance and ensure service\-level expectations are met..
- Identify cost\-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
- Lead and coordinate operational staff and cross\-functional teams.
- Establish performance metrics and accountability standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5\+ years of experience in operations, logistics, facilities management, or a related leadership role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multi\-location operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with inventory, logistics, and operational management systems.
· Prior experience in retail industry is a plus.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
