Head of Product

• *About the Role:** We are looking for a strategic and tech\-savvy **Head of Product** to lead product vision, strategy, and execution across our enterprise software ecosystem. In this role, you will establish a common product architecture across our group’s ERP systems, CRM platforms, and vertical\-specific software solutions.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will empower a team of Product Managers, align technical resource allocation with business objectives, and drive commercialization, portfolio ROI, and long\-term tech transformation.

• *Key Responsibilities1\. Product Architecture \& Technical Resource Management**

• Establish and govern a unified product architecture across enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, and industry software).
• Guide Product Managers in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain clear visibility over technical skills and development resources to ensure optimal team allocation.
• Balance standardized architecture with industry\-specific customization.

• *2\. Portfolio Strategy \& Financial Performance**

• Own the overall business plan, commercialization strategy, and P\&L performance for the group’s product portfolio.
• Define product\-level KPIs, monitor ROI, identify high\-growth revenue opportunities, and lead cost optimization.
• Conduct regular portfolio performance reviews to ensure alignment with group strategic goals.

• *3\. Execution \& Delivery Governance**

• Build structured frameworks for development, testing, release management, and deployment.
• Oversee development timelines, execution quality, and resource utilization across product teams and external vendors.
• Drive continuous product enhancements grounded in measurable business outcomes.

• *4\. Leadership \& Stakeholder Alignment**

• Serve as the strategic bridge between the Group CEO, Product Managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 5 Product Managers.
• Resolve cross\-functional dependencies and balance competing priorities across business units.

• *Qualifications \& RequirementsEducation \& Experience**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Post Graduation in Management is a plus).
• **Experience:** 10\+ years of progressive experience in product management, enterprise software delivery, technology strategy, or digital business transformation.
• Proven track record in leading product teams, managing multi\-product portfolios, and driving multi\-vertical solution delivery.

• **Product Strategy \& Portfolio Management:** End\-to\-end roadmap design, business planning, and ROI optimization.
• **Technical Architecture:** Strong grasp of ERP/CRM systems, system integration, and enterprise software architecture.

• **Process \& Cost Governance:** Expertise in release frameworks, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
