Head of Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced **Head of Production Manager** to lead and manage our **PP Woven manufacturing operations**. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in factory operations, production planning, quality control, manpower management, and continuous process improvement. The candidate must be capable of achieving production targets while ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and cost optimisation.

Experience

• **8–10\+ years** of experience in **PP woven manufacturing**.
• Experience in handling complete factory production operations.
• Proven experience in leading production teams and achieving production targets.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering.
• Diploma holders with extensive PP Woven manufacturing experience may also apply.
• MBA in Operations/Production Management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end\-to\-end **PP Woven** production operations.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage manpower, machine utilization, and production scheduling.
• Monitor production efficiency and reduce downtime, wastage, and manufacturing costs.
• Implement quality control procedures and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
• Prepare production reports, MIS reports, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Train, guide, and motivate production supervisors and factory staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
