### **WHAT YOU'LL DO**

• Lead Point72’s security operations capability in India, shaping a high\-performing team that protects a global investment platform

• Build and scale the Bengaluru security operations team through hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development

• Oversee continuous monitoring, detection, triage, investigation, and response across global technology environments

• Direct incident response for high\-impact events, coordinating clear decisions, timely escalation, and effective remediation across stakeholder groups

• Partner with global information security leaders to align India operations with firmwide strategy, control priorities, and operational standards

• Improve detection quality, response workflows, and operational processes to reduce risk and increase execution speed

• Establish executive\-level metrics that communicate operational performance, threat trends, response effectiveness, and team capacity

### **WHAT'S REQUIRED**

• 10 or more years of experience working in security operations or managed detection and response

• Five or more years of experience leading security teams in India, including responsibility for growing information security talent across multiple time zones and shift\-based operating models

• Strong knowledge of security monitoring, incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, and operational risk reduction

• Demonstrated ability to leverage Splunk for security triage and investigate, dashboard development, and report creation.

• Developed and implemented automated workflows in case management systems to decrease triage time.

• Development and implementation of skills for training and tuning of AI SOC Agents.

• Experience leading security incidents, coordinating cross\-functional response, and driving remediation through closure

• Ability to define, track, and communicate executive metrics to senior leadership clearly and effectively

• Strong people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development
