The Head – PMO is responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving project management practices across the portfolio of turnkey EPC projects in MV \& EHV substations (AIS \& GIS), Digital Substations, E\-House, Skid solutions, and e\-BOP systems.
This role ensures portfolio visibility, schedule discipline, risk management, and governance rigor across all projects, enabling predictable execution, on\-time delivery, and improved profitability.
1\. Project \& Portfolio Governance
Establish and drive a robust Project@Siemens Governance Framework across all projects.
Define and enforce standard project management methodologies, templates, and processes in alignment with PM@Siemens
Ensure adherence to stage\-gate approvals and project lifecycle controls.
Lead structured project and portfolio reviews (monthly/quarterly).
Conduct deep\-dive reviews on critical / high\-risk projects.
Schedule delays
Cost overruns
Engineering or procurement bottlenecks
Site execution risks
Facilitate cross\-functional corrective action planning.
3\. Portfolio Dashboards \& Reporting
Develop and maintain real\-time portfolio dashboards covering all important techno\-commercial aspects of the project.
Provide executive\-level insights through data\-driven reporting.
Standardize KPI frameworks across all projects.
4\. Scheduling \& Conducting Project Reviews
Plan and execute Periodic Project Reviews
Ensure structured agenda, data readiness, and actionable outcomes.
Drive review discipline across engineering, procurement, project management, and site teams.
Track and follow up on review action closure.
5\. Planning \& Scheduling Excellence
Standardize project scheduling practices (MS Project).
Baseline schedules
Critical path analysis
Look\-ahead plans
Monitor schedule deviations and drive recovery plans.
6\. Digitalization \& Tools
Project dashboards (Power BI )
Drive adoption of data analytics and automation in project monitoring.
7\. Knowledge Management \& Best Practices
Lessons learned
Promote continuous improvement culture across the organization.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
MBA / PMP / PgMP / equivalent certification (preferred)
PM@Siemnes Project Manager Certification (minimum “C” Level) is preferred
15–20\+ years of experience in EPC Substation projects (MV/EHV AIS/GIS)
Minimum 5\+ years in PMO leadership role
Strong understanding of Solution Portfolio and EPC business model.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
Expertise in project scheduling tools (MS Project)
Strong knowledge of EPC project execution challenges
Advanced dashboarding \& reporting capability (Power BI etc.)
