About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented **Health Insurance Sales Executive** with prior experience in health insurance sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, along with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
• Explain health insurance policies, coverage, benefits, premiums, and terms to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain consistent performance.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about insurance products.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, follow\-ups, and sales activities.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• **Prior experience in health insurance sales is mandatory.**
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Good understanding of health insurance products, policies, and coverage.
• Experience in outbound calling, lead conversion, and target\-based sales.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Self\-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
