Healthcare Contact Center Executive

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Call Management \& Customer Support**

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Respond to enquiries regarding laboratory tests, health checkup packages, diagnostic services, and clinic consultations.
• Provide accurate information about test preparations, service availability, pricing, and operating hours.
• Manage customer complaints and escalate issues when required.

• *2\. Appointment \& Service Coordination**

• Schedule and confirm doctor consultations, diagnostic appointments, and home collection services.
• Coordinate with laboratory staff, doctors, nurses, and field collection teams.
• Maintain appointment records and ensure timely follow\-ups.
• Communicate appointment reminders and schedule changes to patients.

• *3\. Patient Engagement \& Business Development**

• Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote relevant health checkup packages and healthcare services.
• Contact corporate clients and employees regarding medical camps and health checkups, as assigned.
• Generate enquiries and convert them into appointments and service bookings.
• Encourage repeat visits through professional patient engagement.

• *4\. Reporting \& Documentation**

• Maintain accurate call logs, enquiry records, appointment schedules, and follow\-up reports.
• Update patient details and interactions in the assigned software or CRM.
• Track enquiries, bookings, missed calls, and customer feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.

• *5\. Service Quality**

• Deliver courteous, empathetic, and patient\-friendly communication.
• Ensure all enquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and patient data confidentiality requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
