Healthcare Marketing Executive –Health Camps

Assigned Territories

• Pen, Murud, Mangaon and nearby areas
• Dombivli, Kalyan and nearby areas
• Additional territory as per management requirements

• *Preference:** Candidates residing in or familiar with their assigned territories will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit general practitioners (GPs), physicians, specialists, clinics and nursing homes in assigned areas.
• Promote hospital services, OPD consultations, consultant availability, diagnostic facilities and specialties.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.
• Identify potential referral sources, clinics, nursing homes, small hospitals and diagnostic centres.
• Generate patient referrals for OPD, IPD admissions, diagnostics and procedures.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with doctors and referral partners.
• Track doctor\-wise referrals, identify inactive referral sources and develop strategies to improve referral business.
• Coordinate with internal hospital departments to address patient feedback and referral\-related queries.
• Prepare daily visit reports, territory coverage reports and referral business updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a Marketing or Business Administration background preferred.
• Experience in hospital marketing, healthcare business development, pharmaceutical sales or medical representative roles preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship\-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Local market knowledge and an established network of doctors will be an advantage.
