• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a healthcare professional with a **Pharmacy or Clinical background combined with experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Technology Project Management**. The ideal candidate should understand medication names, dosages, prescription workflows, and pharmacy operations, with the ability to translate clinical requirements into technical solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Understand medication names, dosage forms, strengths, dosing instructions, and prescription workflows.
• Analyze pharmacy and medication\-related data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to implement healthcare technology solutions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and cross\-functional communication.
• Create process documentation, workflow diagrams, business requirement documents, and reports.
• Validate medication\-related data and application functionality against defined requirements.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to pharmacy workflows and technology systems.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Pharm.D, or a related healthcare field; candidates with relevant healthcare technology experience may also be considered.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Healthcare IT, or Technology Project Management.
• Strong understanding of medication names, dosage strengths, dosing instructions, and pharmacy terminology.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, data validation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Excel, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working with pharmacy management systems, e\-prescriptions, medication databases, or healthcare applications.
• Knowledge of US pharmacy workflows and prescription terminology.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams to deliver healthcare software products.

• *Ideal Candidate**

A pharmacist or healthcare professional with strong analytical and technical project coordination skills who can bridge the gap between **pharmacy operations, medication data, business requirements, and software development**.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
