This role involves engaging **high\-IQ, time\-constrained doctors**—not typical consumers.
Role Overview
We are hiring **Sales Executives** with **prior EdTech sales experience**, preferably in **medical or professional education**.
The role is **calling\-led**, focused on
- Explaining complex learning programs simply
- Consulting doctors on the right program fit
- Driving enrollments through credibility and clarity
This is **not a BPO or mass telecalling role**.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Doctor\-Focused Sales Conversations
- Call **warm/inbound leads** (doctors, PGs, faculty)
- Understand their specialization, career goals, and constraints
- Customize the pitch based on MBBS / MD / DM / Faculty level
2\. Program Consultation \& Enrollment
* Explain Medxchange offerings clearly
- AI in Medicine (Hands\-on Program)
- Faculty Development Programs (FDPs)
- Research \& Thesis Analytics
- Position outcomes: publications, AI skills, career leverage
- Guide doctors from interest → conviction → enrollment
3\. Objection Handling (Critical)
* Address common objections
- “I’m not from a coding background”
- “I don’t have time”
- “Is AI really useful for clinicians?”
- “This feels complex”
- Respond with logic, examples, and outcomes—not scripts
4\. Follow\-ups \& CRM Discipline
- Structured follow\-ups via calls \& WhatsApp
- Maintain detailed CRM notes and lead status
- Track conversion timelines and pipeline movement
5\. Feedback Loop
- Share doctor objections, FAQs, and feedback with leadership
- Help refine sales messaging and positioning
Mandatory Requirements
✅ **1–3 years of EdTech sales experience** (mandatory)
✅ Experience selling to
- Doctors / PG students
- Faculty / researchers
- Working professionals (not school students)
✅ Comfortable speaking with **senior doctors and faculty**
✅ Excellent spoken **English \+ one Indian language**
✅ Strong consultative selling mindset
✅ Experience handling high\-ticket courses/programs is a plus
Preferred Profile
- Medical EdTech / professional education background
- Experience with cohort\-based programs, bootcamps, or certifications
- Understands long decision cycles and trust\-driven sales
- Organized, patient, and detail\-oriented
