• *Position Summary**

We are seeking motivated HIMS Analysts to support the implementation of a new Hospital Information Management System (HIMS), replacing an existing HIMS platform currently in operation. The role involves master data migration, functional validation, user interaction, workflow analysis, testing, report validation, and go\-live support.

The successful candidate will work closely with hospital functional departments, IT teams, implementation consultants, and vendor personnel to ensure accurate configuration, testing, and deployment of the new HIMS platform.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Master Data Migration \& Validation**

• Analyze existing HIMS master data structures and understand their business purpose.
• Map existing master files to the new HIMS master structures.
• Identify data gaps, mismatches, and transformation requirements.
• Coordinate with hospital departments and IT teams to collect missing data.
• Prepare, cleanse, validate, and organize master data for migration.
• Support migration of masters including but not limited to:
• Patient Masters
• Doctor Masters
• Employee Masters
• Department Masters
• Service Masters
• Billing Masters
• Package Masters
• Pharmacy Masters
• Laboratory Masters
• Radiology Masters

• Validate data accuracy using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform data cleansing and deduplication exercises.

• Upload and maintain master files in the new HIMS environment.
• Perform configuration validation and system setup verification.

• Execute functional testing across HIMS modules.

• *Mandatory**

• 2\-5 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare IT, or HIMS support.

• Exposure to hospital software applications.
• Participation in implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.

• *Senior HIMS Analyst / Implementation Specialist**

• *Mandatory**

• 4\-8 years of experience in Hospital Information Systems.
• Hands\-on exposure to hospital workflows and HIMS modules.

• *Preferred**

• Minimum 2 years participation in HIMS implementation projects.
• Experience in data migration and UAT leadership.
• SQL and database experience.
• Experience coordinating with hospital departments during implementation.

• *Highly Preferred Candidate Profile**

Candidates possessing most of the above qualifications along with one or more of the following will be given strong preference:

• Healthcare educational background (B.Pharm, BAMS, BHMS, MBBS).
• Minimum 2 years direct HIMS implementation experience.
• Strong SQL and database programming skills.
• Experience in report development and MIS analytics.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to understand clinical, operational, and financial workflows.
