Resolve customer queries related to billing and technical issues, account\-related queries, and product/services information.
Escalate complex queries to higher\-level support teams while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Willing to work **rotational shift (including night shifts).**
Strong Problem \- solving skills and customer \- oriented approach.
Undergraduate or Graduate from any stream.
2 \- Way Cab Facilities (Pick and Drop)
5 \- Days working in a week.
