Hiring for IT Support Executive

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support / Technical Support.
• Strong hands\-on knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system\-related issues.
• Good knowledge of dialer management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of call routing, campaign management, and voice\-related issues.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, IP, and connectivity).
• Ability to independently identify and resolve technical issues.
• Must be comfortable working in both day and night shifts (rotational shifts).
• Must be based in Dehradun and available to join immediately.

• *Preferred:** Candidates with prior BPO / Call Centre IT support experience.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
