About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and self\-motivated Junior Social Media Manager to take complete ownership of our social media presence for a US\-based LegalTech company.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging content, designing professional social media posts, managing social platforms, and helping build our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of the company's social media accounts, understand the product and services.

Plan, create, design, schedule, and publish social media content.

Design professional posts, carousels, infographics, and other visual content.

Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.

Research LegalTech industry trends, competitors, and content ideas.

Write engaging captions, headlines, and hashtags.

Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and support audience growth.

Track social media performance and suggest improvements.

Ensure consistent branding and professional communication across all platforms.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.

Good knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools.

Strong written English and communication skills.

Understanding of LinkedIn and other major social media platforms.

Creative mindset with the ability to work independently.

Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation.

Good organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.

Must be based in Ahmedabad.

Must be available to work full\-time during UK business hours.

This is a dedicated position, not suitable for freelancers managing multiple clients.
