\* Build and maintain Power Automate Flows, Plugins, Workflows, and Business Rules.
\* Develop and enhance solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CEM) modules.
\* Integrate CRM with internal and external applications using APIs and Azure services.
\* Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve CRM performance and user experience.
\* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
\* Ensure adherence to development standards, security, and best practices.
\* Strong experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Development.
\* Hands\-on expertise in Power Automate and CRM Plugins.
\* Experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CEM Modules.
\* Knowledge of JavaScript, C\#, .NET, and CRM Customizations.
\* Experience with CRM Integrations and Web APIs.
\* Strong problem\-solving and debugging skills.
\* Experience with Microsoft Azure Services.
\* Exposure to Banking or Financial Services Domain.
\* Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
