We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator / Lead – Audit \& Regulatory Compliance to manage regulatory audits, compliance activities, risk assessments, and project governance within the banking/financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling audits, tracking compliance observations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audit findings.
\* Manage audits including **NPCI, UIDAI, CSITE, RBI, Vendor Assessments,** and Internal Audits.
\* Track and ensure timely closure of audit and compliance observations.
\* Coordinate **VAPT, Risk Assessments**, and remediation activities.
\* Monitor regulatory compliance and governance requirements.
\* Prepare audit **status reports and stakeholder** updates.
\* 5–8 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or Project Coordination.
\* Strong knowledge of Regulatory **Audits, VAPT, Risk Assessments**, and Compliance Management.
\* Proficiency in **JIRA and project tracking tools**.
\* Familiarity with **Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.**
\* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Pay: ₹808,327\.56 \- ₹2,025,575\.69 per year
